There is a battle waging on Earth, where the realms of Aurora and Tenebrous fight to determine the fate of the world. To gain the upper hand, the Tenebrous devise a plan to eliminate the Lumens on Earth, the people whose goodness increases the power of Aurora. The Guardians must protect the Lumens at all costs. Symon and Ayden are sent to protect Eleanor, a girl from a small midwestern town. Eleanor just has to get through her summer vacation and then she is off to college…or so she thought. She finds herself thrust into the middle of the war between light and dark. What was supposed to be an uneventful summer turns out to be the adventure of a lifetime.
The Nassir have lived in exile for over three hundred years, abandoned, cast out, and forsaken by the High Council of Aurora. In a desperate attempt to fight the powers of Tenebrous, the Guardians of Aurora must form an unlikely alliance with the outcasts. In the fight with darkness, lines are crossed. Eleanor and Ayden are confronted once more with the agents of Darkness marching forth on Earth, and a battle is imminent. Remember, if it’s a fair fight, then you’ve come unprepared.
In the third and final saga of the Guardians of Aurora series, the forces of light are arrayed against the powers of darkness in a final confrontation. The Guardians and the Nassir unite under the banner of an ancient band of warriors sworn to protect the people of both realms.
As Eleanor learns more about her past and her abilities; what she discovers puts herself and her loved ones in peril. The Master of Tenebrous has marked all who stand in his way for death. Ayden and Eleanor must trust each other to defeat the gathering darkness that threatens to consume them both.
No matter how dark the world becomes, there is a spark of light burning in the heart of mankind that can never be extinguished.

Just finished this book and can't wait for Guardians of Aurora Book 2. I started reading fantasy this year and really enjoy it. This is a book you'll want to read and not put it down till you finish it.
